Abstract

QPX7728 is an ultra-broad-spectrum beta-lactamase inhibitor with potent inhibition of key serine and metallo beta-lactamases. QPX7728 enhances the potency of multiple beta-lactams in beta-lactamase-producing Enterobacterales and Acinetobacter spp.
