Interim PSMA PET/CT based response evaluation at 8-10 weeks after the 2<sup>nd</sup> cycle of RLT is predictive of overall survival and PD in patients treated with <sup>177</sup>Lu-PSMA. On the contrary, PSA appears to have only limited predictive value.
