Our findings for a cohort of French adults suggest that BC may partly explain the association between <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mrow><mml:msub><mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mtext>PM</mml:mtext></mml:mrow></mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mn>2.5</mml:mn></mml:mrow></mml:mrow></mml:msub></mml:mrow></mml:math> and lung cancer.
