This technical report accompanies the ‘Net Zero’ advice report which is the Committee’s recommendation to the UK Government and Devolved Administrations on the date for a net-zero emissions target in the UK and revised long-term targets in Scotland and Wales.The conclusions in our advice report are supported by detailed analysis that has been carried out for each sector of the economy, plus consideration of F-gas emissions and greenhouse gas removals. The purpose of this technical report is to lay out that analysis.
