Predictors of individually perceived levels of team creativity for teams of nursing students in Taiwan: A cross-sectional study

Abstract

Nursing educators could increase team creativity in IPE by encouraging spontaneous communication and constructive task-oriented conflict management. This may benefit patient outcomes in the future.
