Management of aortic arch hypoplasia in neonates and infants

Abstract

Single-stage repair of AAH with intracardiac pathologies has better results than palliation, according to survival rates and postoperative results. The use of the patch augmentation technique in AAH is valid and associated with an acceptable incidence of recurrent arch obstruction.
