Abstract

<i>In vivo</i>, TGP attenuated renal dysfunction and inflammation in RI/RI rats. <i>In vitro</i>, TGP inhibited XIST expression to modulate the miR-124-3p/ITGB1 axis, alleviating the apoptosis and inflammation of H/R-treated renal cells.
