The work examines the concept of multiple intelligence within the organization of the construction sector. This work enhances the study of middle-level management for their emotional intelligence. The research is to analyze the relationship between superior-subordinate in the construction industry with respect to leadership style, stress, teamwork, facing skills, communication, motivation, emotional intelligence and relationship. This work brings out the strength and weaknesses of middle-level management concerning construction sectors. Different methods are used to identify the factors affecting emotional intelligence in a significant level. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Software Version 21.0 is used for data analyzing. The number of samples from site engineers is kept high. Studying the Superior - Subordinate Relationship infers the knowledge that more care has to be taken on emotional intelligence and the interpersonal skills at the middle level management.
