The biosynthesized method was a popular method for low cost, eco-friendly, in developing a clean technique of synthesis nanoparticles. TiO2 nanoparticles had the most important metal oxides and used for numerous applications. The biosynthesized of TiO2 nanoparticles well prepared by a biosynthesized method using the flower extract of Caesalpinia pulcherrima. Synthesized TiO2 nanoparticles analysis of the structure, size, and morphology characterized by used X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), UV–Visible spectroscopy (UV), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDX).
