This study characterized the epidemiological status, antibiotic resistance patterns, and current prevalent phenotypes of healthcare-associated MRSA. This knowledge can aid clinicians in improving the antimicrobial stewardship program by adapting appropriate guidelines for the proper use of MRSA antibacterial agents.
