Abstract

Technopreneur is formation of entrepreneur that involve technology. It has been research yet the notion about technopreneur publication which showed the big picture using data from all countries. This study aims to map scientific publications in the field of technopreneur visually at the global level indexed by Scopus using Bibliometric analysis. This study was used the analysis features of Scopus applications and visualizes bibliometric networks using VOSviewer. This study adds keywords related to technopreneur in the Scopus database with 38 academic documents published from 2000 to 2019 at the global level. Based on this study, patterns and trends has been found in increasing numbers of international publications in the field of technopreneur indexed by Scopus. The most productive countries, research institution, and authors in the field of technopreneur publications are Malaysia, Nanyang University of Technology, and Abdullah, S.H. There were one collaborative network of researchers related to the technopreneur publication. The most intensive subject area and types of documents were social science and articles. This research proposes a convergence axis classification consisting of technopreneur publication to characterize the body of knowledge generated from two decades of publication: Entrepreneurship, Information technology, Knowledge management, and Education, abbreviated as EIKE themes.
