CHA2DS2-VASc score as a predictor of no-reflow phenomenon after saphenous vein graft percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with non–ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndromes

Abstract

Our findings suggest that the CHA2DS2‑VASc score can be an independent predictor of no‑reflow phenomenon in patients undergoing SVG interventions. As a simple and easy‑to‑calculate score, it might be a useful assessment tool to predict no‑reflow phenomenon before SVG interventions in patients with NSTE‑ACS.
