Untargeted metabolomics yields insight into ALS disease mechanisms

Abstract

In our analysis, ALS led to significant metabolic pathway alterations, which had correlations to known ALS pathomechanisms in the basic and clinical literature, and may represent important targets for future ALS therapeutics.
