Untargeted lipidomics reveals specific lipid abnormalities in Sjögren’s syndrome

Abstract

Our approach successfully identified serum biomarkers associated with SS patients. The potential lipid biomarkers indicated that SS metabolic disturbance might be associated with oxidized lipids, fatty acid oxidation and energy metabolism.
