Obstetric and Perinatal Outcomes in Pregnancies Conceived After Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Monogenetic Diseases

Abstract

Pregnancies conceived after preimplantation genetic testing for monogenic disorders were associated with an increased risk of obstetric complications compared with pregnancies conceived spontaneously or by IVF without preimplantation genetic testing.
