The constitutive sulfhydration of liver kinase B1 by CSE-derived H<sub>2</sub>S activates its target kinase, AMP-activated protein kinase, and promotes Treg differentiation and proliferation, which attenuates the vascular and renal immune-inflammation, thereby preventing hypertension.
