Abstract

The present study demonstrated that ATC-derived exosomal <i>miR-361</i> alleviates nerve damage in rats with cerebral I/R injury by targeting <i>CTSB</i> and downregulating the <i>AMPK/mTOR</i> pathway. This may offer novel insights into treatment for I/R injury.
