almost doubles owing to the higher phonon lifetime and group velocities. Our findings highlight considerable potential for thermoelectric applications with a different stoichiometric ratio of Ba/Mg/Si systems due to their low lattice thermal conductivities via intrinsic modulating stoichiometry.
