Abstract

According to authors' knowledge, myofascial flaps yield the lowest complication rate and when possible, autologous cranioplasty is preferred. When defects are too large to accommodate autogenous bone, the authors prefer delayed prefabricated poly-ether-ether-ketone implant reconstruction.
