Measuring aniseikonia tolerance range for stereoacuity – a tool for the refractive surgeon

Abstract

We present a reliable method for measuring the amount of aniseikonia that a person can tolerate without impairing stereopsis. We report large inter-individual differences in tolerance of aniseikonia.
