Abstract

LGR5 has distinct roles in ER<sup>-</sup> vs. ER<sup>+</sup> BC with potential clinical applicability as a biomarker to identify patients in need of therapy and could serve as a therapeutic target for high-grade ER<sup>-</sup> BC.
