Identification of SOCS family members with prognostic values in human ovarian cancer.

Abstract

SOCS1, SOCS5 and SOCS7 may serve as prognostic biomarkers for OC patients. SOCS5 and SOCS7 may be potential therapeutic targets for OC treatment. Our results render novel insights into the association between SOCS family genes and OC development, and may highlight promising molecular targets for therapeutic interventions in OC patients.
