Cell Cycle Genes Are Potential Diagnostic and Prognostic Biomarkers in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Abstract

The present study demonstrated that <i>BUB3</i>, <i>CDK1</i>, and <i>CHEK1</i> may serve as a prognostic biomarker for HCC patients. <i>PTTG2</i>, <i>RAD21</i>, and <i>MAD1L1</i> expression is a major factor affecting the recurrence of HCC patients.
