Abstract

In AML patients, the Breg conversion effect and robust CXCR4-induced migration led to Treg enrichment in bone marrow. AML Tregs downregulated the function of CD4<sup>+</sup>CD25<sup>-</sup> T cells, contributing to immune escape.
