Abstract

Our first-in-human results demonstrate the safety and feasibility of noninvasive <i>in vivo</i> detection of tumor epichaperomes using <sup>124</sup>I-PU-H71 PET, supporting clinical development of PU-H71 and other epichaperome-targeted therapeutics.
