Association between Mental Disorders and Subsequent Medical Conditions

Abstract

Most mental disorders were associated with an increased risk of a subsequent medical condition; hazard ratios ranged from 0.82 to 3.62 and varied according to the time since the diagnosis of the mental disorder.
