Abstract

Prospective genomic profiling can contribute to diagnostic precision and inform treatment selection in patients with uterine sarcomas. There was evidence of clinical benefit in patients with uterine leiomyosarcoma with somatic <i>BRCA2</i> alterations treated with PARP inhibitors.
