In the previous researchers are described in the reinforced concrete elements like beam and columns with different elevated temperature has been studied in the column after room temperature reached. In this work the main objective is to test the reinforced concrete beam column joint under high temperature at steady state and transient state condition is discussed. The specimens are subjected to under different loading like 40%, 50% and 60% of ultimate load under high temperature with respect to time. The internal temperature in the specimen is calculated by using the k-type thermocouple and the deformation for the column is noted at every 10 min. The conclusions made in this study shows that changes in rotation at joints will occur in the joint with increase in temperature and also failure patterns and deformation are discussed and compared the results in high temperature conditions.
