TSGs including <i>PYCARD</i>, <i>STAT5A</i>, <i>CXCL12</i> and <i>CXCL14</i> were aberrantly methylated in OS, and are potential prognostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets. Our findings provide new insights into the role of methylation in OS progression.
