Label-free high-throughput photoacoustic tomography of suspected circulating melanoma tumor cells in patients in vivo

Abstract

We suggest that LA-PAT can detect suspected melanoma CTCs in patients in vivo and has potential clinical applications for disease monitoring in melanoma.
