Substrate spatial complexity analysis of late gadolinium enhanced cardiac magnetic resonance images may be helpful in refining VA risk in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy, particularly to identify low-risk patients who may not benefit from prophylactic implantable cardioverter-defibrillator therapy.
