Comparative Proteomic Analysis of <i>Escherichia coli</i> Under Ofloxacin Stress

Abstract

The results showed that ofloxacin affected many cellular processes and pathways. In addition, proteomic analysis revealed that <i>E. coli</i> develops resistance mechanism with different biological processes.
