Sexual Behaviors, Referral to Sexual Health Services, and Use of Sexual Health Services Among Transgender High School Students

Abstract

These findings underscore the need for understanding the risk perceptions held by transgender students and for prevention efforts that are inclusive for all gender identities. Research is needed to understand if school-based sexual health interventions such as staff referrals for sexual health services are effective for transgender students.
