Holmium laser enucleation of the prostate for the treatment of size-independent BPH: A single-center experience of 600 cases

Abstract

As mentioned in the literature, HoLEP indications are independent from prostate size. Our results showed similarity with the literature on functional outcomes, complication rates, and continence status. With its superior results, our HoLEP series from Turkey supports that HoLEP will replace transurethral resection of the prostate as the known current gold standard.
