Abstract

Raised GFAP concentrations appear to be unique to <i>GRN</i>-related FTD, with levels potentially increasing just prior to symptom onset, suggesting that GFAP may be an important marker of proximity to onset, and helpful for forthcoming therapeutic prevention trials.
