Abstract

uc.160 is significantly down-regulated in gastric carcinomas and can inhibit the tumor growth both <i>in vitro</i> and <i>in vivo</i>, suggesting that uc.160 may be used as a diagnostic marker and therapeutic target of gastric malignancies.
