Abstract

The FDLPPPS may be underreported and should be considered in all cases of LPP recalcitrant to treatment. Dermatologists and dermatopathologists should recognize this phenotypic spectrum to guide optimal clinical management consisting of immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory agents along with systemic antimicrobials.
