Anastomotic Leakage Using Linear Stapling Device with Pre-attached Bioabsorbable Polyglycolic Acid Felt After Laparoscopic Anterior Resection

Abstract

The frequency of anastomotic leakage was relatively low, and therefore the use of a linear stapler with pre-attached bioabsorbable PGA felt might reduce the risk of adverse events related to anastomosis, especially anastomotic leakage.
