Abstract

HZ chronification induced functional and structural change in cerebellum, occipital lobe, temporal lobe, parietal lobe and limbic lobe. These changes may be correlated with HZ-PHN chronification. In addition, these changes could be reasons of refractory chronic pain of PHN.
