Fast and reliable image enhancement using fuzzy relaxation technique

Abstract

A fast and reliable image enhancement technique based on the fuzzy relaxation algorithm is proposed. Different orders of fuzzy membership functions and different rank statistics are used to improve the enhancement speed and quality, respectively.
