LncRNA HOTAIR contributes to the tumorigenesis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma via up-regulating FASN.

Abstract

We suggest that HOTAIR is important in the progression and recurrence of NPC, perhaps through upregulating FASN. Targeting HOTAIR may be an effective therapeutic strategy for NPC.
