In this research proposal a newly invented Proportional derivative-Proportional integral derivative controller along with double derivative filter (PDPID+DDF) has been introduced over a reheat system. To tune the constraints of the proposed controller sine-cosine algorithm is involved with integral time absolute error (ITAE) as evaluative function in this research work. To analyze system reaction a sudden load disorder of 0.01 p.u. is applied in thermal area-1. The system usefulness is demonstrated by presenting a time delay in each control areas of the system. The vigorous analysis of the system is placed to do evaluation with standard PID controller and the efficiency is proven toughly.
