Expectant management of early-onset severe preeclampsia: a principal component analysis

Abstract

Plasma albumin level and hydrothorax plus ascites should be considered seriously, as they may be a reason to terminate the expectant management of early-onset severe preeclampsia. Given its unsatisfactory pregnancy outcomes, expectant management should be reconsidered before 25 weeks and 4/7 days.
