The application and integration of soft open point (SOP) can benefit the operation of active distribution network a lot. This paper proposes a multi-objective SOP planning methodology in active distribution network. The multi-objective SOP planning model is established based on the bi-level programming. The upper level model is solved by the nondominated sorting genetic algorithm-II. The lower level model is transferred to a second-order cone model by using convex relaxation, and it is solved by second-order cone programming method. The modified IEEE 33-bus active distribution network is used to test and validate the effectiveness of the proposed bilevel multi-objective SOP planning method.
