Development and validation of nomogram combining serum biomarker for predicting survival in patients with resected rectal cancer

Abstract

We developed and validated a novel nomogram based on CEA and other factors for predicting OS in patients with resected RC, which could assist clinical decision making and improvement of prognosis prediction for individual RC patients after surgery.
