Abstract

Patients with positive preoperative MDR urine culture or long operation duration had a higher risk of developing urosepsis after URSL. When treating patients who present with positive preoperative MDR urine culture or long operation duration, urologists should be vigilant and aware of the potential risk of urosepsis.
