This paper chose the Dual Polarization equivalent circuit model to simulate the dynamic characteristics of lithium-ion battery. The relationship between the state of charge and open circuit voltage of battery was obtained based on an improved Hybrid Pulse Power Characteristic test. And then the parameters in the equivalent circuit model were identified effectively. The model was established in Simulink, and were verified in constant current and dynamic current conditions respectively. The results showed that the model can accurately reflect the static and dynamic characteristics of the battery, and the identified parameters have high precision.
