Chiral-at-metal rhodium(<scp>iii</scp>) complex catalyzed enantioselective synthesis of C2-substituted benzofuran derivatives

Abstract

An enantioselective C2-nucleophilic functionalization of 3-aminobenzofurans has been realized under catalysis of chiral rhodium(<sc>iii</sc>) complexes, affording a large array of C2-substituted benzofuran derivatives in high yields and enantioselectivities.
