Instrument Development for Evaluation of Gerontological Nurse Specialists Core Competencies in China

Abstract

The results showed that the core competencies of Chinese gerontological nurse specialists were reliable and that gerontological nurse specialists could use this self-evaluation instrument to assess their core competencies.
