The article proposes an approach to management of enterprise's assortment policy, which is based on the analysis of uncertainty in the formation of the product assortment structure with the use of expert evaluation and elements of fuzzy sets theory. It takes into account the socio-psychological and economic market factors, such as: attractiveness of the enterprise, quality of the offered products, advantages of one or another supplier or product.
